Hyderabad: The Centre is to set up a steel factory at Bayyaram as Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao put pressure on it, TRS MP Sitharam Naik today said. Maycon Limited company delegation has conducted surveys for two days for the steel factory here he said. Talking to reporters at Mahabubabad along with MLA Redya Naik and others, he said that the survey reflects the response from the Centre. The team has prepared a report by visiting the locations like Bayyaram, Garla and Donrakal segments.
The MP also said that the Centre earlier neglected our repeated appeals for the steel factory so far. The TRS MPs raised the issue of Bayyaram steel factory in Parliament during its session repeatedly he said. The Centre set aside our previous appeals for the same and with recent of the chief minister visit to Delhi and talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave positive results the MP said. The TRS Government will set up the steel factory on its own even if the Centre do not help he said.(NSS)
