Hyderabad: Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today appealed to people in Secunderabad parliamentary constituency to vote for TRS candidate Talasani Saikiran Yadav.
The minister conducted house-to-house campaign in the segment and urged people to vote for the TRS candidates in the LS polls. The people in the segment have welcomed the minister and extended support. The minister said the TRS has to win 16 MP seats to raise our voice in parliament for development of the State.
Srinivas Yadav also expressed his displeasure at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for claiming surgical strikes and sacrifices of soldiers were for political gains. He said the BJP and the Congress parties were vying in mud-slinging at each other and talking against the TRS and it will face defeat in the polls.
The minister asserted that this time the regional parties will form a coalition government at the Centre as the two national parties will not make it to power, he said. Telangana was the only State that was giving 24-hour power to farmers and same was not being done in Modi’s State Gujarat, he said. Alleging that Congress party was corrupt, he said Congress president Rahul Gandhi was preaching moral values. Talasani said Modi cannot speak politics on national security. It is not right for stature of the Prime Minister to talk on surgical strikes, which related to national security and integrity of the country, he said.
He said the Opposition parties will not get their deposits in the Lok Sabha polls slated to be held on April 11. He also alleged that the Congress and the BJP were carrying out misinformation campaign against the TRS. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been implementing welfare schemes ideal at national level. “Our schemes were being followed by the Centre and several States for farmers and others, he claimed.
