In the latest update from Taliban occupied Afghanistan, the Taliban’s political chief Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar on Saturday said that they want to have economic and trade ties with all the countries around the world, including the US.
Baradar Denies Reports About Taliban Cutting Ties With Other Countries
As per the latest reports, Baradar took to Twitter to clear the reported rumours about Taliban. He tweeted that the reports quoting that the Taliban wanted to cut all diplomatic and trade ties with all the countries are false. He said that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to maintain diplomatic and trade relations with all countries including the United States of America.

Taliban’s political chief Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar on Saturday said the insurgent group intends to have economic and trade ties with all countries around the world, including the US.
This comes after earlier, some unconfirmed reports said that Baradar had arrived in Kabul from southern Kandahar to meet with the Afghan leaders about the creation of a new government. Then he returned to Kandahar from Doha on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said that they intend to form an inclusive government and don’t want to have any internal or external enemies.
Former US Congressman Alleges Taliban Of Skinning Alive A Christian Afghan
Former US Congressman Mark Walker recently accused the Taliban of skinning alive a Christian Afghan and hanging him to a pole. In a recent tweet, he requested pastors, bishops and clergy to pray for the people in Afghanistan as the situation is dire.
He added that there are stories that one man from the Christian community was skinned alive and hung to a pole. He further said that he was tortured in front of his family by the Taliban.
When asked about the source of the information, he said that he can’t reveal the source but there are people in both the ministry and at the local level where they are able to find the information/updates in the country.
