Hyderabad: MLC Kavitha today stated that start-up companies will succeed with teamwork and by making coordinated efforts.
Plan and team management go hand in hand to achieve the success she said. Telangana Government offers several schemes to empower women in the state, the MLC said. She was addressing in a webinar jointly organized by Ashoka university and V — Hub here.
Kavitha appreciated the organizers for encouraging young industrialists and entrepreneurs. She said that money control has to be in the hands of women to develop.

Many start-ups companies are failing due to a lack of team management, Kavitha said.
According to a study about 90 percent start-up companies have suffered failures as there was no team management she said. Artificial intelligence is key as new companies that started their online business grew to an international level she said.
This was possible through coordinated and team efforts and a plan. We need to go with latest technologies and support young industrialists and entrepreneurs through multiple methods she added.

The former MP has opined that women empowerment is key for development to witness fast growth in all sectors. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is for offering the monetary benefits for women and girls she pointed out. The Chief Minister made efforts to ensure women get help and financial assistance, Kavitha said.
The MLC said that the programs have to be prepared to provide education, bring in noncorrupt policies, support political leaders, education, and youth through time tested methods and practices.
