Telangana Health minister Eatala Rajender today made it clear that the State didn’t have a panic Covid 19 virus situation like Maharashtra and Delhi states.
He urged the people of Telangana to follow all Covid 19 norms without showing any negligence. He made these remarks while speaking to media persons after visiting MGP hospital in Warangal district. He also held a review meeting with the officials of his department to assess the status of coronavirus in the Warangal district.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that a total of 945 Covid 19 patients were undergoing treatment at the hospital and added that they could still accommodate another 300 Covid 19 patients. He said that he had issued orders to the doctors of the hospital to extend good medical treatment to the patients.
He also responded on the issue of the escape of the Covid 19 patients from the hospital. He said that some patients were running away from the hospital without proper knowledge and added that such incidents would not bring any disrepute to the doctors, who are working hard to protect the lives of the Covid 19 patients.

He made it clear that the MGM hospital has all kinds of medical facilities and infrastructure to treat the Covid 19 patients. He also reiterated that there was no proposal before the Telangana government to impose lockdown once again in the state. He also said that there was no problem to hold the upcoming Warangal municipal corporation elections.
