Telangana Govt’s 426 schemes in last four years

Telangana State Government introduced 426 schemes during the last 4 years for the welfare and the development of SC,ST,BC and Minority communities.

TRS government has introduced Rythu Bandhu Scheme and 24-hour power supply for the betterment of farmers’ lives. Similarly, large scale irrigation projects were also being constructed to ensure irrigation, Narsimha Reddy explained.

For the first time in the country, the State government offered pensions to beedi workers, increased wages of Anganwadi workers and Asha workers and the minimum wage of outsourcing workers enhanced to Rs 8,000, without any assistance from the Centre.

Similarly, ex-gratia of Rs 6 lakh in the case of accidental death and three months salary and medical assistance was being provided to construction workers, he said while lauding MLA Vinay Bhasker for conducting month-long campaign to enrol the workers to avail the insurance scheme.
