Hyderabad: A noble act made Labour & Employment Minister Chamakura Malla Reddy a star in the eyes of all. The minister, along with his wife, performed marriage of an orphaned girl from Gauri Orphanage at Gundla Pochampally village under Medchal-Malkajgiri district.
The marriage of orphan Pushpa was performed with Kishore, a native of Vijayawada, by the minister. He performed all the rituals meant for the marriage. The minister also deposited Rs 2,35,000 in a bank in the name of the girl. He also gave away Rs 25,000 to the couple on the occasion of their marriage. With his noble act, the minister has won praises from all sections of society. (NSS)
