Hyderabad: The Task Force personnel along with Reinbazar police apprehended three house burglars, who were involved in five cases under the limits of Reinbazar, Madannapet and Kanchanbagh Police stations and recovered stolen property — one Hero Glamour bike, two Laptops, four cell phones, one Rado wrist watch and two daggers at the instance of accused.
The accused were identified as Mohd Arif Khan alias Arif, 28, resident of Santoshnagar, Hyder Ali Razvi alias Hyder, 29, of Yakuthpura and Sohail Ali alias Agha, 31 of Yakuthpura Nala.
According to police, principal accused Mohd Arif Khan started committing thefts and was arrested by Moghalpura, Saroornagar, Bhavaninagar, Bahadurpura, Chandrayangutta and Afzalgunj police in about 10 theft cases. Second accused Hyder Ali Razvi of Yakutpura is a Rowdy sheeter and was involved in 32 property offences in the Twin cities and Bidar of Karnataka. He was also involved in one murder case in Chandrayangutta last year. He was detained under PD Act twice by Mirchowk and Shahinayathgunj Police Stations.
Third accused Sohail Ali of Yakutpura also is a Rowdy sheeter was involved in some 15 house burglaries in the Twin cities and Bidar. He was also involved in one Murder case in Chandrayangutta last year. He was detained under PD Act once by Dabeerpura Police Station during the year 2015.
The police said the three accused were released from Jail some two months ago and formed into a gang and committed five house burglaries under the limits of Reinbazar, Madannapet and Kanchanbagh Police Stations. At the time of arrest, the accused were carrying daggers with them with an intention to harm and threaten the people and also the Police and to make their escape easy when they were being caught.
Today, on a specific input, the South Zone Task Force team apprehended the accused and recovered stolen property from them. They were handed over to the S.H.O. Reinbazar Police Station. (NSS)
