Hyderabad : In view of Vice-President M. Venkaiah Naidu’s visit to the city from October 24 to 26, the city police have imposed traffic restrictions and diversions from Wednesday from 12.25 pm to 1.10 pm. Restrictions will be in place from Begumpet airport to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, King Koti. The route will be Airport – PNT Flyover – Shyamlal Building – Hyderabad Public School Begumpet flyover – Greenland junction – CM’s camp office – Monappa- Yashoda Hospital – Raj Bhavan – VV Statue junction- Khairatabad flyover – Necklace Rotary- NTR Ghat – Telugu Thalli junction – Liberty junction – Hyderabad Police Commissionerate – Nizam College Gate and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
From 1.45 pm to 2.30 pm, restrictions will be in place from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, King Kothi, to Jubilee Hills Road No 29. Traffic will be curtailed or diverted between Nizam College – Liberty junction – Telugu Thalli junction – Necklace Road – Khairatabad flyover – VV Statue junction – Raj Bhavan – Monappa Junction – CM Camp office – Punjagutta flyover – Sri Nagar colony ‘T’ junction, Sagar Society – NTR Bhavan junction – Jubilee Hills check-post – Usha Kiran T junction, Peddamma temple – GHMC Park – Road No. 36 / 31.
On Friday traffic curbs will be in place from 7.10 am to 7.50 am: – Road No 29 Jubilee Hills, Peddamma temple, Usha Kiran junction, NTR Bhavan – Srinagar T junction – Nagarjuna Circle (NFCL) – Punjagutta flyover – CM camp office – Greenlands flyover – Begumpet flyover – and Begumpet airport. (NSS)
