Approximately 70 colleges reported zero allotments. Burra Venkatesham, Principal Secretary to the Government, Education Department & Commissioner of Collegiate Education, along with Prof. R Limbadri, Chairman of TSCHE & Convener, and other officials, congratulated the students who secured seats in undergraduate courses. They also mentioned that candidates who secured seats would receive SMS notifications on their registered mobile numbers. Seat allotment details can also be accessed via candidate login on the DOST website or through WhatsApp.

All candidates who secured a seat must reserve their seat through self-reporting between June 7 and 12 by paying Rs 500 or Rs 1,000 via the DOST candidate login. Students allotted to Government Degree Colleges or University Colleges who are provisionally eligible for ePASS fee reimbursement (after caste and income certificate verifications) are exempt from paying any amount to reserve their allotted seat while online self-reporting. Failure to reserve the seat through online self-reporting will result in the forfeiture of the seat and the automatic cancellation of the candidate’s registration on DOST.
