Hyderabad : Task Force sleuths along with Saidabad police today nabbed two noted chain snatchers Syed Aslam and Mohd Amer for committing a chain snatching, one bag snatching in city and theft of a two-wheeler in Tandur and recovered gold chain weighing two tolas, one Bajaj Pulsar bike, one dagger and two Cell phones from their possession.
Police said Syed Aslam Old Malakpet and Mohd Amer a Lorry Driver, residing at Tandur. Police said Syed Aslam committed 47 chain snatchings so far. He was detained under PD Act by PS Kanchanbagh in 2015. He was released from Jail on October 12.
Today the police chased the two while moving in suspicious circumstances on a black colour Pulsar without number plate. Meanwhile, Syed Aslam tried to assault with a dagger. The police team overpowered him and apprehended the accused along with gold chain weighing 2 tolas, one Bajaj Pulsar Bike and one Dagger from their possession. (NSS)
