Hyderabad: It is informed that the Registrar, Unlawful activities (Prevention) Tribunal has fixed the sittings at Hyderabad on May 10 & 11 to record evidence of witness and cross examination on declaring students Islamic Movement (SIMI) as an unlawful Association.
The Tribunal will be presided by Ms. Justice Mukta Gupta, Judge, Delhi High Court at conference hall, O/o Collector, R.R. District, Hyderabad, Telangana on May 10 from 10.00 AM onwards. The sitting of the Tribunal will be continued on May 11.
The Tribunal appealed the General Public to attend the hearing and those who are interested in giving evidence may file their affidavit (in duplicate) with the Registrar, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal and shall present in person on the above dates for their cross examination, if any before the Tribunal.(NSS)
