With the government instructing for strict lockdown implementation in the state several vehicles on Telangana and Andhra Pradesh borders were stopped by the police staff. Confusion prevailed at the borders and the people put a lot of inconveniences.
The police allow the vehicles with e passes, ambulances, and valid passes are being allowed. To implement the lockdown the police do not allow transportation and other vehicles at the borders.

This led to a lot of inconvenience at several places on the borders. As result traffic jams were witnessed and the vehicle users lost their cool and argued with the police.
At several borders at Rampur in Suryapet and Pullur in Gadwal districts, the police personnel prevented the vehicles from entering the state. Citing the Covid cases and lockdown they informed that they cannot allow the vehicles into Telangana.
This led to an argument among the vehicle users and the police at several points. The police stopped the vehicles at Suryapet borders and allowed them from Kodada into Telangana. From today onwards curbs are in place. We will allow the vehicular movements from Kodada and close Mathampally and Pulichintala check posts.
However, the people got serious on the police at the borders for not allowing during relaxation timings from 6 am to 10 am.
