The three times MLA Rajendranagar T.Prakash Goud tasted a bitter experience on Saturday when villagers of Bahadurguda at Shamshabad mandal protested against delay in distribution of patta passbooks.
The MLA visited the village to participate in a saree distribution program as part of the Batkamma festival when the incident took place. The squabble between the local villagers, demanding early release of patta passbooks and the TRS leaders accompanied with the MLA, broke out during the program. Interestingly, this gram Panchayat was represented by none other than the TRS party itself.
It is said that, when the MLA turned up to address the people, the villagers started shouting at the leaders complaining that years have been passed without fulfilling the promise as the patta passbooks promised by the MLA remained a distant dream.

Though the MLA cut short the speech and stepped into his car, the villagers waylaid his convey demanding explanation from him for the delay. However, police dispersed the protesters to make way for the convoy.
Though MLA T.Prakash Goud is carrying a record of longest serving MLA in Rajendranagar constituency, the out of the blue and knee jerking response from the villagers against him raised many eyebrows in the constituency.
