Nizamabad: BJP leader D Aravind, son of TRS leader and Rajya Sabha member Dharmapuri Srinivas, lashed out at the Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha, daughter of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for speaking without knowledge. He also condemned the TRS leaders’ allegations that Srinivas himself sent his son Aravind to join BJP.
Speaking to mediapersons here today, Aravind said he does not depend on his father and brother like Kavitha. “I never took help of my father. What happens if two leaders of a same family continue in two different parties? Ch Vidyasagar Rao and Ch Rajeswar Rao were from same family and worked as BJP and CPI leaders at a time respectively. What is wrong if my father and I remain in different political parties?”
He suggested to Kavitha not to bring families into politics. He also alleged that Kavitha did nothing for Nizamabad in the last four years. He also declared that he would not leave the BJP under any circumstances and would even sacrifice life for the sake of Prime Minister Narendra Modiji. (NSS)
