Whatsapp CEO Chris Daniels, and Facebook- India Public Policy Division Head Shivnath Thukral, have called on Telangana Minister for IT and Industries KT Rama Rao.
During the meeting, the Minister pitched the case of Hyderabad for the setting up of customer service operations center of Whatsapp.
Daniels responded positively to Minister Rama Rao’s request.
Telangana Principal Secretary (IT) Jayesh Ranjan, and Konatham Dileep ( Director Digital Media, ITE& C Dept), also participated in the meeting.
