Hyderabad : A 24-year-old woman has died after pieces of plaster fell from the surface wall of Ameerpet Metro station on her head on Sunday evening.
According to the police, Monica, 24, a housewife was standing at the Metro Station when pieces of surface wall fell on her head. She sustained serious head injury and collapsed at the place.
The locals and metro rail personnel rushed her to a private hospital where she died while undergoing treatment. The S R Nagar police registered a case and are investigating. (NSS)
