As per the new zonal system and locality, the higher officials will complete the process of transfers and postings.
The government said in its guidelines to give three days time to the employees for transfers and spouse options. At the district level also the collector will head an officials committee in this regard. The government gave separate guidelines for district-level transfers. Accordingly, the employees get zonal, multi zonal, and other cadre postings. Also, the government instructed the officials to issue necessary guidelines for the postings related to police, excise, stamps, commercial taxes, and registration departments.
The government gave three days’ time for new zonal system implementation for smooth transfers and postings. The entire process of the transfers and postings will be completed in seven days. Spouse options are being offered for the employees after joining a particular posting at any chosen place as per norms. As per zonal, multi zonal system and district and state cadre, the employees can opt for their choices following procedures and guidelines.

The entire exercise of the transfers and filling up the postings will be taken up as per process. A committee was formed to monitor the same to ensure that the transfers and postings will be conducted in a smooth way.
Spouses and employees get their choices for transfers and postings at zones, multi zones, districts, and state cadre following the guidelines as per the new zonal system.
The government instructed the officials concerned to take steps that the employees can apply for options after joining any particular zone, multi-zone or district and state cadre respectively.
As directed by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar directed the officials’ committee to monitor and complete the transfers in seven days by Dec end. The CS directed collectors to take measures for speedy and smooth completion of transfers as per the new zonal system. With this, the officials concerned are taking steps for completion of the same in seven days. They offer postings and spouse options to work at the same place and discharge duties efficiently according to information.
