Hyderabad: Finance Minister T Harish Rao today informed the Council that Telangana Government has filled up 1.50 lakh jobs so for in various departments. The minister hit out at the opposition parties for their jibe that the government failed to fill up jobs.
During question hour in the upper house, the finance minister has stated that they gave appointed more than 1.50 lakh employees in several departments so far. It is a continuous process and the jobs have to be filled up as per the vacancies found in the government Harish Rao informed.
Harish Rao also said that the government is taking steps for development and welfare. As per the requirements of the departments, the government used to fill up the posts he said. There is no need of going back on giving better services to people, he claimed. We have asked the departments to give vacancies details and fill up the same as per procedures and norms, he added.
