As the government takes all measures through a lockdown and increasing facilities in the state Telangana registered 4693 positive cases including 734 in the GHMC area.
According to official information, the officials conducted 77,221 tests in the last 24 hours and reported 33 deaths in the 24 hours and put the total toll to 2833 in the state.

While the state government extended the date of the second dose till May 31 due to a shortage of injections due to shortage the officials are claiming there are no dearth of medicines.
