Hyderabad: Chief Secretary SK Joshi today said 71,136 enumerators will be used for obtaining details of people as part of the 2021 Census.
At BRKR Bhavan, Joshi held a meeting with officials and asked them to coordinate for the effective conduct of creating census details. The first phase of training of master trainers was completed in the MCRHRD and the second phase started on Monday and it will continue till December 7, he said.
The Chief Secretary said master trainers will offer training on census works to 2,000 field officials, who will, in turn, give training to local officials and staff. The trained officials were instructed to coordinate for efficient collection of data of houses, people and the numbers, he said. Also, the census staff will collect data like social, cultural, demographic and other details. (NSS)
