Alwar Lynching: Owaisi says Rajasthan Police Supporting Cow Vigilantes

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday accused Rajasthan police’s actions are not a surprise to me, they did the same in Pehlu Khan murder case. Rajasthan police is supporting cow vigilantes. These Gau Rakshaks and police are in this together: Asaduddin Owaisi said on Alwar lynching Case In Parliament.

Earlier on Friday, a 28-year-old Rakbar Khan was allegedly lynched to death in Alwar on the suspicion of smuggling cows. Khan, a resident of Mewat in Rajasthan, was transporting the animals to his village along with another man when they were stopped by a group of villagers near Lalawandi village in Alwar.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje had condemned the incident and had assured an investigation in the case.
