In a bid to reach out families – having patients in their senility suffering from different ailments and lying on their beds at home simply because they can’t afford costly treatment of hospitals, The ARPAN JANTA SEVA Charitable TRUST, a non-profiteering organization, has come up with an idea to form a team of young and passionate ‘Para-Volunteers’ who could reach out the targeted community in the city.
With an aim to serve the poor and the needy through extending charity events, this NGO was formed in the year 2018 by Mohd.Wahed Ali Khan, an Advocate by profession and a man with indulgent heart filled with commiseration and empathy towards other people.
Explaining about the extending idea of constituting a team of ‘Para-Volunteers’, Mohd.Wahed Ali Khan, who is also a President of the Organization, said “Pandemic brings misery to myriad number of families irrespective of their social states and affects every aspect of life in the city and beyond. The pandemic driven stress has turned the fate of families worse than the death especially among the poor and the middle classes where more than one family member is suffering from chronic ailments related to heart, kidneys and neurological issues.”
“Many of the people can’t afford the treatment of hospitals in the city while the corporate health care facilities taking advantage of the pandemic, have forced the people to pay through the nose” he said adding that “It is against this background, we have decided to give a clarion call to the young and passionate youngsters who are willing to work as a paramedical-volunteers.”
Claiming that that training would be impact under the professional team of doctors led by Dr.Layeeq Ahmed Siddique, he said “We will provide training and would issue certificates post completion of para-medical courses. Youngsters with a minimum qualification of SSC can contact us on our office at Osman Bagh, Bahadurpura or at our number 9396333218 to register their names.”
