Asaduddin Owaisi, President of the All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for flying a sortie in the Tejas fighter jet while soldiers were dying in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.
Asaduddin Owaisi expressed his disappointment during an election campaign rally in Hyderabad.
Remarks by Asaduddin Owaisi:
“It’s absurd that the Prime Minister is flying around in a fighter jet while our soldiers are dying in Rajouri.” Jets belong to the country, and such activities are sad,” Asaduddin Owaisi said during the campaign.
Recent Rajouri Attack:
The criticism follows an engagement in Rajouri in which five soldiers, including two Army officers, were killed in a battle with terrorists. Asaduddin Owaisi emphasized the terrible tragedy and questioned the Prime Minister’s Tejas sortie time.
