Hyderabad: Former Indian Cricket team captain Mohammed Azharuddin today slammed the management of the Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL team.
He said that the management had not selected any of the Hyderabad who played in the team. He criticized that the team was just a city team thanks to its name.
Azhar took to his Twitter account to criticize the management of the team. In his tweet, he said that the other IPL teams like Mumbai Indians had given opportunities to the local players while citing that the son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar Arjun Tendulkar was selected by the Mumbai Indians teams.
The Auction for holding the IPL 14 tournament was held on Thursday.
