State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar wrote an open letter to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and asked him when he would fill the remaining 63,425 vacant government posts.
He said the unemployed youth brought the issue of inordinate delay being caused by the State government in filling the vacant government jobs during his ongoing padayatra. He alleged that the promises of the ruling party leaders were remaining to be mere promises.
He said the BJP would stand by the unemployed youth until all the vacant posts were filled by the State government. Reminding the Chief Minister about his statement made in the Assembly on March 8, 2022, he said the CM had announced to fill up only 80,039 posts and not 1.91 lakh vacant posts as stated by Biswal committee report.

He said the notifications to fill only 16,614 vacant posts in police department were issued so far even after 45 days of the announcement of the CM. He alleged that the vacant police posts were filled with an intention to ensure the feudal rule of the CM. Stating that the academic year will begin after two months in the State, Sanjay demanded that the State government fill teachers’ posts as soon as possible. He also demanded that the CM provide unemployment wage to all the eligible unemployed as promised by him during the 2018 Assembly elections.
