Hyderabad : TRS leader and caretaker minister, KT Rama Rao today accused the Congress of having a Bhasmasura Hastham. The grand alliance partners will be reduced to ashes along with the Congress in the Assembly elections, he said.
Addressing an election campaign in his home segment of Siricilla, Rama Rao predicted that the political parties, who joined hands with the Congress will reduce to ashes in the upcoming polls. “This time the TDP, TJS and CPI, who joined the Congress will also perish”, he said. “People will get the tears if they vote for the Congress-led alliance in the elections. If the grand alliance gets power, the leaders will cut the power supply to farm sector and the leaders will indulge in corruption”, he said.
“Telangana region was left undeveloped by the previous Congress and TDP governments. The TRS regime had spent Rs 11 crore in Sarampally in four-and-a-half years for development. We have allocated Rs 2000 crore for Minority development, we plan to reduce pension age to 57 years, unemployed allowance besides giving 24 hour power supply to farm sector”, the minister claimed. “The Opposition parties are jealous at the rapid growth and speedy development in Telangana and people are aware that they are stalling growth process, he said. The poor will gradually develop if the people support KCR leadership and bless him to be next chief minister, KTR said. (NSS)
