Big B Accepts Green India Challenge, Plants Tree at Ramoji Film City

Green India Challenge Program of TRS MP J Santhosh Kumar has been getting huge responses from celebrities. Bollywood Superstar and Veteran actor Amitabh Bachhan, Telugu Hero Akkineni Nagarjuna today participated in the program at the world-famous Ramoji Film City here on the city outskirts.

Speaking on the occasion the Hindi Actor praised Santhosh Kumar’s efforts for green expansion. Huge number of plants were planted by various sections of people and it is going on in a great manner, he said. Amitabh Bachhan asked the people to remain healthy by planting saplings and protecting them for a better environment.

Nagarjuna appreciated the MP for his Green India Challenge program for creating a non-polluted environment. There has been applause and support for the program and we have to participate for a better future, the actor said. We have to join the mission to plant more saplings for protecting our environment as Santhosh Kumar planted about 16 crores of saplings through this program, he said.

Nagarjuna further said that the program of green expansion will further continue to offer a better environment for future generations.

Earlier, Santhosh Kumar assisted Amitabh Bachhan to plant the sapling at the RFC and poured water. The MP handed over Viruksha Vedam book published by him highlighting the importance of the plantation of the plants. The megastar expressed his surprise over the publication of a nice book highlighting the importance of plants.

He said that his support would always be there for the noble program. He also said that he would ask three others to take up the challenge and plant the trees through his social media account. He said that he would reveal the details of the three people
RFC MD Vijayeshwari and others were present during the program.
