Bill on MP’s salaries in Lok Sabha

The Salaries, Allowances, and Pension of Members of Parliament (Amendment) Bill, 2020 is among the three the Center will proceed onward Tuesday evening in the Lok Sabha for thought and entry on the second day of the Monsoon Session.

Nirmala Sitharaman the Association Finance Minister will move the Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2020 to change the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

These Bills were presented alongside seven different Bills — Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Bill, 2020; Bilateral Netting of Qualified Financial Contracts Bill, 2020; Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill, 2020; Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill, 2020; Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2020 and Factoring Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2020 — in the Lok Sabha on Monday after it reconvened for the second time following an hour’s intermission of the principal sitting at 9 am.

Also, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will say something on the “advancements on our outskirts in Ladakh”.

The Finance Minister will likewise say something concerning the status of execution of the proposals made in the first report of the Standing Committee on Finance on the Demands for Grants (2019-2020) relating to the Departments of the Economic Affairs, Expenditure, Financial Services, and Department of Investment and Public Asset Management.

Agribusiness Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will likewise offer expressions on the status of usage of the proposals or perceptions contained in the third report of the Standing Committee on Agriculture on the Demands for Grants (2019-20) relating to the Department of Agriculture Research and Education.

He will likewise give an announcement on the status of execution of the proposals or perceptions contained in the tenth report of the Standing Committee on Agriculture on the Demands for Grants (2020-21) relating to the Department of Agriculture Research and Education.

Association Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy will likewise give an announcement concerning the status of usage of the suggestions or perceptions contained in the 222nd report of the Standing Committee on Home Affairs on the Management of Worsening Traffic circumstance in Delhi.
