BJP resents TRS leaders’ remarks against Amit Shah

Hyderabad: The State BJP today faulted the Telangana government for filing wrong affidavit to the High Court about Secretariat buildings.

Addressing the media here today, BJP spokesperson S Prakash Reddy said the State government submitted a wrong affidavit to the High Court stating that all buildings in the Secretariat were 130 years old but in fact only a small building was old and other buildings were constructed after 1980s. He also alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was ruling the State like a King and not bothering about people’s problems but was interested only to conduct Assembly sessions in small period. He also said KCR has no concern on farmers as no review meetings on drought-hit villages were held while the Andhra Pradesh CM conducted review meeting with bankers on giving loans to farmers.

The BJP leader also condemned the remarks of TRS leader V Prakash against BJP national president Amit Shah and accused the TRS leader of having Naxalite ideologies and politicizing the deaths. He also recalled that once V Prakash had criticized KCR but now was working for TRS for benefits.

Another BJP leader Akula Vijaya also condemned the comments of V Prakash and MLC Raju against the BJP national president. She reminded that the BJP always works for welfare of the people and it will have a new president for every three not more than two terms but not like the TRS party, which was being run under one person for several years. She said the State government has failed in protection of women of any age and there was no woman in the KCR cabinet to take care of women in the State. (NSS)
