Board of Secondary Education Announced 10th Annual Exams to Hold Six Papers

The Board of Secondary Education has announced that the annual exams of the board for this year would have only six papers.

The secretary of the school Education Department Sandeep Kumar Sultana has issued orders to this effect. The state government canceled the tenth board exams of the last two years following the spread of the Covid virus in Telangana. However, it did not give any clarity over holding the exams in 11 papers or 6 papers. It was caused confusion among the students, their parents, and school teachers.

The silence of the state government on the issue attracted a lot of criticism from different quarters.

Keeping this in mind, the state government issued the orders to give clarity to the concerned students and parents. Meanwhile, the state government has also declared Urdu as a second language along with the Hindi language.
