CM failed in purification of land records: M Kodanda Reddy

Hyderabad: Alleging that both Chief Minister and Revenue officials were failed in regard to Purification of Land Records drive, Congress Kisan Cell chairman M Kodanda Reddy has said that there were no land records problems across the nation except Telangana state.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday along with TPCC vice-president Mallu Ravi , Kodanda Reddy asked the state government to tell as to whom will own the responsibility of suicides of farmers for not giving correct passbooks to them. Still the land records were not purified perfectly, he pointed out and said that the state government failed to submit a report on crop loss to the centre yet. The farmers yet to receive Rs.7400 crore crop loss compensation, he said.

Finding fault with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for hiking the minimum support prices of several crops, Kodanda Reddy asked Modi to tell as to why he failed to remember the farmers all these days. He said that Modi hiked the MSP keeping 2019 elections in view only. Both state and central governments were showering fake love on farmers for the sake of elections. He said that the people would teach a fitting lesson to the state and central governments.

Mallu Ravi said that the Congress party will teach a lesson to TRS and BJP whenever elections come. He exuded confidence that the Congress party will come to power in both state and centre. He alleged that Modi and KCR were implementing dictatorial rule in the state and at centre and both were failed to implement the assurances given by them. (NSS)
