Coach factory: MLA Dasyam Vinay demands Kishan Reddy take oath at Bhadrakali temple

Warangal West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar has demanded that Union Minister G Kishan Reddy take an oath at Warangal’s Bhadrakali temple to tell the truth about the coach factory promised to Telangana in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act.

He condemned Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw’s comments on the establishment of a Rail Coach Factory in Kazipet during a press conference here on Saturday. “The BRS party along with the like-minded parties and associations will fight for setting up the coach factory in a phase manner,” he made it clear.

Taking a dig at the Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy for his failure to get the coach factory, Vinay Bhaskar said, “Kishan Reddy is not fit to be a Union Minister. He does not have the guts and courage to oppose the Centre which working against the interests of the Telangana,” he said.

Saying that the BJP was spreading lies about the coach factory, the MLA invited Kishan Reddy to come to Bhadrakali temple and take an oath on the goddess to tell the truth about the coach factory. “They earlier said that setting up of Bayyaram steel factory was not possible. Now, they are saying that there were not thinking of setting up of coach factory,” he said.

MP Dayakar claimed that the BJP government was betraying the Constitution by breaking promises made to Telangana. Former MP A Seetaram Naik stated that the State government had allotted nearly 340 acres of land near Mulugu town for Tribal University, but the Centre had failed to establish it.

KUDA Chairman Sunder Raj Yadav, Dr Bollikonda Virender and others were in attendance.

Recently, BRS working president and IT Minister KT Rama Rao dismissed allegations made by Kishan Reddy about Telangana’s development, particularly in Hyderabad, and said the BJP leader was turning a blind eye to the development that was visible to the people of the State.

Rama Rao slammed Kishan Reddy stating that development did not mean the distribution of Kurkure packets (during lockdown) or the inauguration of passenger lifts (at Secunderabad Railway Station), Rama Rao said Kishan Reddy had done nothing for Telangana or for his own constituency. He had no moral right at all to speak about development in the State, he said.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Rama Rao stated that while Hyderabad was experiencing growth on all sides, BJP leaders, including Kishan Reddy, were issuing misleading statements. He demanded that the BJP share information on funds released for development projects in Hyderabad to date, as well as any additional funds released, as claimed by BJP leaders.
