Hyderabad: Telugu comedian and TRS former MLA Babu Mohan today joined the BJP in the presence of party national president Amit Shah in Delhi.
Earlier,. Babu Mohan, along with Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman went to Delhi and joined the saffron party as he was displeased after not finding his name in the first list of 105 candidate released by TRS supremo and caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
The first list of TRS candidates was released by party supremo after the dissolution of the Assembly on September 6. Babu Mohan was representing Andol Assembly constituency which was allotted to a journalist Chanti Krantikiran.(NSS)
