DGP asks police officials to hold mass national anthem tomorrow

Director General of Police M. Mahender Reddy today asked his department officials to hold a mass national anthem singing program across the State tomorrow (August 16, 2022) and make it a grand success. He said the program would be held 11.30 on Tuesday.

Mahendar Reddy said the police officials should play a very important role in making the program a grand success. He congratulated all the police officials, who made the events being held from the 8th of this month as part of the diamond jubilee celebrations of the State government into a grand success while noting that the August 16 national anthem singing program should also be made a grand success in the State in the same manner.

The DGP said the national anthem should be sung at all villages, all public junctions, government, and private offices in the State and added that the police at all levels should work hard to ensure the singing of the national anthem at all the proposed places. He said the national anthem should be sung with all dignity and honour.
