Hyderabad: Principal Secretary of Industries & Commerce department Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, today launched e-office in the TSIIC at the Secretariat in the presence of E. Venkat Narsimha Reddy, VC&MD, TSIIC, Vatsala Mishra, OSD, Industries department and MSME Director.
TSIIC is one of the first departments in the Industries dept. of Govt. of Telangana to implement the E-office for paperless file management system which replaces the erstwhile physical paper files with an electronic file system.
Speaking on the occasion, Jayesh Ranjan said implementation of E-office in TSIIC paves way for an efficient file management system in a paperless manner which reduces the turnaround time and provides effective resource management to improve the quality of administration. It also ensures better security because of digital signature certificate and encryption while transforming data from one user to another. e-Office facilitates the generation of management information system report, which enables officials to review the daily activities.
The e-office in TSIIC is implemented by MIS wing of TSIIC consisting of Suraj Kumar Kotla, Manager (MIS), TSIIC and Vishnuvardhan Reddy in connection with ITE&C dept. The team consists of P. Srinivas, Joint Secretary, e-Governance, Rushitha, Project Manager and Mounika Project Engineer. (NSS)
