After nine hours of questioning, the officials from Enforcement Directorate released BRS MLC K.Kavitha on Saturday but asked her to appear again on March 16 for further interrogation. The day one questioning on Saturday went on for 9 long hours with Kavitha seen stepping into ED’s office located at APJ Abdul Kalam Road in New Delhi at 11.00 am in the morning and stepped out at 8.00 pm in the evening.

It is learnt that during the interrogation, the ED officials dropped a barrage of questions over MLC K.Kavitha in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam. According to reports, ED authorities sought to know what connection Kavitha has with the liquor business in Delhi.

The array of question posed to Kavitha by the ED officials are reportedly include what was your role in the liquor scam, Is liquor merchant Arun Ramachandrapillai is your Benami, how much you have invested in the hooch business, do you not have 32.5 percent stakes in Indo Spirit, what are the stakes you have in South Group, where did the money came from, who owns the money invested and sent to Delhi through Hawala?

Apart from this the officials also asked did you meet liquor merchants and AAP leaders at Oberoi Hotel in Delhi, Did you meet Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and AAP Public Relation Incharge Vijay Nair there, What are your political ties with AAP, Do you help AAP with funds during  Punjab and Goa elections and do you meet Sameer Mahendru, the owner of Indo Spirit at your residence in Hyderabad?
