A disturbing occurrence occurred in Hyderabad’s Rajendranagar neighbourhood, including the murder of a man by a woman. The man, known as Srinivas and staying in Budvel, Rajendranagar, allegedly paid a drunken visit to the woman’s home. According to reports, he attempted to undress and sexually abuse the victim, putting her in a vulnerable and dangerous position.
To defend herself against the alleged assault, the woman grabbed a pestle from her house and struck Srinivas. The impact caused him to collapse inside the woman’s home due to a severe head injury. Unfortunately, Srinivas died as a result of his injuries.
The Rajendranagar police arrived at the place quickly after receiving information about the occurrence and transferred Srinivas’ body to the mortuary at Osmania General Hospital. The police have opened a case, and an investigation is continuing to learn more about the facts surrounding the occurrence.
Realising the enormity of the situation, the woman surrendered to authorities at the Rajendranagar police station. She has accepted responsibility for her acts by surrendering and will most likely collaborate with authorities in their inquiry.
