Hyderabad: Telangana State Emergency Services personnel this afternoon rescued a four-year-old girl from an open manhole at Gowliguda. The child was later handed over the parents.
According to the Fire Services officials, the girl belonging to Gowliguda was playing when she suddenly slipped and fell into an open drain on the Gowliguda Gurudwara main road. Immediately, the locals informed the nearby Fire Service Station. Immediately, the Fire personnel rushed to the spot and placed an iron ladder in the drain and one of them got down and brought the child outside. She was later handed over to her parents.(NSS)
