Focus on entrepreneurship, Pay tribute to Messenger (PBUH): Intellectuals to Minorities

As Muslim all over the world is celebrating the Birth Day of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH), many intellectuals, experts and religious dignitaries in Hyderabad are on the view that Minority youths should take this opportunity to turn themselves as entrepreneurs by focusing especially on ‘agriculture’ and setting ‘industries’ from this year to pay best tribute to the Messenger of Allah (SWT).

“There are a number of opportunities in the agriculture and food processing sector in the state for which the government has also rolled out a new industrial policy as T-PRIDE, facilitating the minority youths to become entrepreneurs by establishing industries buttressed with incentives. However, due to lack of interest among the minority youths in exploring the avenue of entrepreneurship, the schemes and opportunities in the field of trade and Industries are freezing in the official cubbard,” Said, Syed Bandagi Badesha Quadri, Director Telangana Chamber of Trade and Industries Promotion.

Underlining the need to explore the avenues of agriculture and industries in the state, he said, “Keep relying on salary based jobs that hold no worth nor carry any cream to bring prosperity for families with poor backgrounds. Even the Islamic Sharia distinctly gave prominence to entrepreneurship over service.”

“It would be better if the minority youth come forward to establish industries in designated areas besides focusing on agriculture instead of relying on odd jobs to run their families. There might be issues of investment in the way but this could be overcome by drawing comprehensive action plans that would surely attract many angel investors to the ideas. However, the Government too should promote support centers in the city to stimulate the young minds dreaming to become entrepreneurs,” said Mufti Omer Abubakar Al-Mallahi Al-Hussaini, Vice President, Majma-Ul Imam As-Shafai Al-aalami.

Beside the scholars and intellectuals of the community, the experts in the field of import and export and industrial promotion too hold a similar view of propelling industrial revolution in the state through the idea of promoting entrepreneurship.

“In a present day world, countries all over the globe are classified as developed, developing, under developed and least developed nations on the basis of their economic status largely judged by their performance in the field of agriculture, industrial input, manufacturing, up-gradation and processing techniques. All these countries rigorously focus on improving their economies by exploring the resources and bring several reforms to keep floating with their economic growth in international markets. This is how they speak and are widely recognized by the rest of the world,” Explained T.Sudhin Paul, Deputy Director Department of Commerce and Export Promotion (C&EP).

Explaining that excelling in using the available resources, up scaling, upgrading and processing the produce and manufacturing beside trade dealings at national and international would buttress the economic growth he said, “These are the core elements that would help achieve the academic, scientific and military capabilities within the state and thereby earn us the moniker as “developed nation.”

“Adopting cautious instrumentalism in using the resources available in the country would equip the nation with capabilities to draw comprehensive growth policies, foreign, diplomacy, military affairs and strategies besides indexing population thereby turned the country into a thriving nation with spirit and strength,” he asserted.
