Governor has no right to question the elected govt led by KCR: Vemula

Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister for Roads and Buildings, said Sri Tamilisai Soundararajan had forgotten that she was holding a constitutional post and was acting like an opposition party leader.

On Friday, Minister Prashanth Reddy was the chief guest at the swearing-in ceremony of the Velpur and Kammarpalli new market committee members in the Balkonda Assembly segment of Nizamabad district.

According to the Minister, the Governor has no right to question the elected government led by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, and she is openly working with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to him, the Centre was misusing the Governor’s office and was trying to overthrow the elected governments of opposition parties.

In several States, the Union government also uses investigating agencies such as the CBI, ED, and I-T to tarnish the image of non-BJP governments. K Chandrasekhar Rao is not afraid of the Centre and is ready to stand up to it, he said.

BJP leaders claim that they will bring Eknath Shinde here and bring down our government. Prashanth Reddy said it shows their arrogance and misuse of government institutions.

Prashanth Reddy claimed that Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan is not treating all political parties equally, saying the Governor had met with BJP leaders at Raj Bhavan and BJP leaders were being informed of the Governor’s activities earlier than the government.

TRS government respects the Constitution and the Governor’s post. Tamilisai should also respect Telangana’s elected government, he said.

K Chandrasekhar Rao’s entry into national politics has been hindered by false allegations leveled by the BJP against MLC Kavitha, said Prashanth Reddy

A number of projects were inaugurated by the Minister and Speaker of the Assembly, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy. On occasion, he said that the Modi government had failed on all fronts. He benefited only the likes of Adani during his reign.
