Govt Will Support Telugu Film Industry, Talasani Attends Vishnu Panel Oath

Cinematography and Animal Husbandry Minister, Talasani Srinivas Yadav today stated that the government will offer all support to Telugu Film Industry to develop at the National level.

The Minister attended a program at film Nagar cultural center here wherein Manchu Vishnu took oath as president of Movie Artists Association (MAA). Other 15 members of his panel also took oath in the presence of the Minister, senior actor and Vishnu’s father Mohan Babu.
Speaking at the program, Srinivas Yadav said that he is ready to conduct a meeting with film industry, MAA to discuss related issues.

The Government has plans for the film industry for its workers and address issues, he reiterated.  During our meeting we will see whatever the Government can help the film industry, he said. The Telugu film industry faces problems like housing and facilities for its workers, besides tickets’ prices, parking, facilities at theaters, welfare of the workers who are in large numbers and seek subsidy to support for small films.

The Minister said that piracy, and other issues would be discussed to find a solution.
He congratulated the Vishnu panel for victory and wished it all success in the future. The state will support the film industry to develop at the national level, the Minister said. On behalf of the Government every step will be taken for the development of the film industry, Srinivas Yadav said.

Manchu Vishnu promises to work MAA’s development

The newly elected president of Movie Artists Association (MAA) Manchu Vishnu today said that he would make an all-out effort for the development of the association. He made these remarks while addressing a gathering after taking charge as the president of the association.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that he would fulfil all the promises made in his election manifesto. He called upon the Members of the association to come forward and extend their support for the development of the association. Targeting rival Prakash Raj panel
Members, he said that the rival panel members should respect their victory in the elections.

He asked them to give their suggestions for the development of the association and hoped that he would get support from the rival panel. Commenting on the resignations of the Prakash Raj panel members, he termed it as very unfortunate.

Vishnu said that neither he nor his body would talk to media about the election issue and added that they would only talk about the steps they would take for the development of the association.
