HYDERABAD: Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy today directed that officials get ready with guidelines to reopen schools, colleges by Jan 25 amid corona pandemic protocols.
At a review meeting, she instructed them to give a report by January 20 on the same.
As Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has asked to reopen the schools and colleges from Feb 1, we have to prepare early, she said.
The officials should take immediate action to reopen the schools and colleges and form guidelines for the same she said.
Collectors will make arrangements for the supply of food grains to schools and institutions for the mid-day meals scheme, Sabitha Indra Reddy said.
A meeting with ministers on 18 and another with managements of institutions on 19 will be held in this regard.
