Goldsikka Pvt Ltd recently installed a gold ATM at their head office in Begumpet, making it easier to buy gold in Hyderabad. It is said as the country’s first real-time gold dispensing machine that allows you to purchase gold without visiting a jewelry store.

The gold ATM is simple to use and available 24 hours a day. Goldsikka stated that because gold prices are constantly fluctuating, it is difficult to keep track of them. Its goal, according to the company, was to make gold more affordable to a wider range of people.
Buyers can instantly purchase actual gold from this ATM using any credit or debit card. The company will also offer prepaid and postpaid smart cards that can be used for purchasing gold.
This gold ATM offers denominations ranging from 0.5 to 100 grams. The price is updated based on current market prices.

In terms of security, the ATM has a built-in camera and a sound alarm system. The Vice President of Goldsikka, Pratap was quoted as saying, “We have already taken care of the required security measures as other ATMs. The ATM has a built-in camera and sound alarm system, which will trigger if there someone tries to tamper with it. We have three external CCTV cameras and we are also getting tied up with local police stations.”
It was also informed that in case of a transaction failure, if the amount is debited and gold is not dispensed, then the customer will get back the money within 24 hours. “We also have dedicated customer support for any queries,” he added.

Gold ATMs operate in the same way as any other ATM. Customers can purchase the yellow metal with their debit, credit, or smart carts provided by the company.
Insert your debit or credit card into a gold ATM machine. Enter the PIN of your card. Enter the required gold coin value. The machine will dispense gold coins.
