Hyderabad: A housewife, along with her three children, allegedly attempted suicide by setting themselves ablaze at the camp office of Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat at LB Nagar here on Monday.
The incident occurred even as mediapersons were present at the spot in connection with a press conference to be addressed by Mahesh Bhagwat. The woman poured petrol on herself and the children and attempted to set them ablaze. However, police personnel present there managed to thwart her attempts and rescued the children. (NSS)
