Hyderabad: Muslim leaders receive Zamzam water from AIMIM city president

For the first time in the country, AIMIM Hyderabad president and Telangana State Haj Committee member Syed Ghulam Ahmad Hussain invited many Muslim religious leaders and representatives of various parties and voluntary organizations to the party office in Dar-ul-Salaam to distribute Zamzam water.

On Saturday, approximately 5 liters of Zamzam water, specially brought from Makkah by Saudi Airlines, were distributed. Ghulam Ahmed Hussain stated on this occasion that AIMIM party president Asaduddin Owaisi has great faith in him and has given him the opportunity to become a member of the Telangana State Haj Committee.

The virtues and blessings of Zamzam water were highlighted by Nazim, the Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami, Mr. Khairuddin, President of Ahle Hadith, Abdul Sami of Ahle Sunnat Wal-Jamaat, and Maulana Aleemuddin Nizami.

Muslim advocates, doctors, police, senior citizens, TRS minority leaders, and MIM corporators, and presidents of Muslim organizations were all given free cans of holy Zamzam water.

Ghulam Ahmad Hussain expressed his appreciation to MIM’s top leaders. Former Deputy Mayor Abbas Sami, Syed Barkat Ali, Hafiz Syed Muezuddin Qadri, Qamaruddin, Atina, Ali Baba, Azhar Dabir, Sajid Bond, Syed Ibrahim, Khalid, and others were among those who attended the event.

In July, The General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques distributed 12 million liters of Zamzam water in 15 days to Haj pilgrims at the Grand Mosque in Saudi Arabia’s city of Makkah.

The water was distributed over a 15-day period, said the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques on Twitter.

The amount was made available to pilgrims all across the holy site from the 1st to the 15th of Zul Hijjah, the Islamic month in which the Haj pilgrimage rites were performed.

This year, nearly 900,000 pilgrims, the majority of whom were from outside Saudi Arabia, performed the Haj.
