Hyderabad: Stating that his marriage was happened with the Congress party much before, AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi said that there was no chance to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to re-elect as Prime Minister in 2019 elections. Ridiculing Modi, Rahul alleged that Modi was living in imaginations. The BJP will propose another leader for Prime Minister post if BJP fails to achieve 230 seats instead of Narendra Modi, he opined.

Participating in editors meeting here on Tuesday at Haritha Plaza as part of his two-day tour to the state, Rahul responded in a humorous manner when asked about his marriage saying that his marriage has been taken place with Congress party. He said that alliances at local level will be decided after the discussion with local leaders. He said that his party will move ahead with the like minded parties in the coming elections. He exuded confidence that Congress party will emerge as victorious in the coming elections in Telangana state and the party will improve in Andhra Pradesh state. He expressed concern saying that intolerance was increasing in the nation.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had a meeting with important leaders of the party. Speaking on this occasion, Rahul suggested the party leaders not to lodge complaints with him and asked them to give advices and suggestions. On the other hand, CLP leader K Jana Reddy faced insult when the SPG Security stopped him saying that his name was not there in the list. While seeing this, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy convinced Jana Reddy and took him to Rahul Gandhi.

In the morning, Rahul Gandhi participated in the tele-conference with the 3,000 party leaders besides speaking with four booth committee leaders. Rahul spoke with the leaders from Bikanoor of Kamareddy constituency. He was also spoke with the leaders of Jukkal, Dornakal constituencies’ booth committees. He asked CHARMS in-charge Madan Mohan to arrange this type of teleconference at national level. On this occasion, Rahul Gandhi inquired with the booth committee leaders on double bed room houses allocation and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s rule. (NSS)
