Infant Kidnapped from Hyderabad Hospital Safely Rescued

A six-month-old child who was taken from Niloufer Hospital in Hyderabad city has been safely rescued by police, and the pair guilty for the kidnapping has been nabbed in Nizamabad district.

The case progressed when the pair disclosed that their motivation for the kidnapping was their inability to have children, which prompted them to perpetrate the crime.

Salman Khan and Farida Begum, who work as caretakers at a farmhouse in Gandipet, took their eldest kid to Niloufer Hospital for treatment on September 14. The elder son was receiving medical attention while Farida Begum was holding their younger kid on the first level of the hospital.

An unknown woman approached Farida Begum and began up a discussion during this time. The mother absconded with her younger kid when Farida Begum temporarily left the ward to get food.

Farida Begum sought assistance from neighboring persons after discovering the boy’s abduction, who informed her that the woman seated opposite her had kidnapped. Farida Begum, distraught, immediately reported the occurrence to the police, who launched an investigation and filed a case based on her accusation.

The lack of CCTV cameras in the ward where the infant was admitted complicated the police investigation. However, the devoted Task Force Police were successful in locating the abducted infant in Nizamabad, resulting in the arrest of the pair guilty for the kidnapping.

The pair said that their inability to have children was what drove them to do this crime. This touching rescue and arrest illustrate law enforcement organizations’ devotion and commitment to safeguarding the safety and well-being of all residents.
