Jagga Reddy warns of holding public agitation for Manjeera water

Hyderabad: Congress Party MLA from Sangareddy Assembly Constituency T. Jagga Reddy today warned the state government that he would hold a massive public agitation on the issue of bringing Manjeera water to his constituency. He alleged that state finance minister would do nothing but exerting pressure on opposition political parties by using police force if they agitated on the issue.

Addressing media persons, he said that he would visit the Manjeera dam on June 4,2020 along with a delegation of Congress party. He alleged that the state had immoral leaders as state cabinet ministers while calling Harish Rao as the thief of Manjeera water.  He rued that although he raised the issue of the Manjeera water for several times, through media, there was hardly any response from the state government. He mocked that CM KCR would never so no or impossible to whatever issue that is brought to is notice.

 He alleged that the CM was ruling the state without giving appointment to an MLA of the state. . He said that the people of his constituency had handed over two municipal chairman posts and one MP post to the TRS despite the fact that it failed to give water to Sangareddy.
