Hyderabad: Congress MLA from Sangareddy T. Jayaprakash Reddy alias Jagga Reddy on Saturday said he would seek Lok Sabha ticket from the party high command for his wife from Medak Lok Sabha seat in the upcoming Parliament elections.
In an informal chat with mediapersons here today, Jagga Reddy said he had won the elections as he explained to the people about what he would do for them like a school head master if they elected him as their representative. Reddy made it clear that he would not only protect the reputation of the Congress party but would also work hard to serve the people of Sangareddy.
Commenting on the defeat of his party in the Assembly elections, Jagga Reddy said his party had failed to regain power in the State as its manifesto did not reach the people in proper manner. He said he was ready to work as CLP leader if he was given an opportunity. (NSS)
